Smith Senior Living

Located on the south side of Chicago, Illinois. This all precast structure was designed for affordable senior living. The building is composed of  exterior load bearing walls complete with thin brick, hollowcore plank, interior walls and elevator/stair shaft walls. Project was constructed for Lin Mathes.
