Residence At The Grove

Project consists of three, seven story market rate residential units. Each building included underground parking and each unit includes a balcony. Precast components are load bearing exterior architectural walls complete with thin brick, precast balconies, interior walls, elevator/shaft walls and architectural cornice features. Project was constructed for McShane Construction.
