Concordia University

This 5-story dormitory building, on the Concordia University campus in River Forest, Illinois, is all an all precast concrete building system. The project features exterior load-bearing architectural walls with embedded thin brick, as well as interior corridor bearing walls, and stair and elevator precast shaft walls. The hollow core slab construction for the floor and roof were fabricated by ATMI Precast.
