Arboretum Avant

This large multi-story market rate apartment complex located in Lisle, Illinois. The project was constructed with a 4-story elevated level parking garage within the footprint of the residential complex. The project also includs an interior court yard complex. The parking garage is an all precast concrete structure with load-bearing exterior walls for support of the interior hallways of the residential complex. The exterior walls of the complex are full height, 4-story load-bearing precast concrete wall slabs complete with form liners. The project was field painted by others. The project was designed and constructed by Opus A/E.
