Echo Corporate Office

Echo Corporate Office is a two-story office located adjacent to and abutting to an existing ATMI Precast warehouse building in Lake Zurich, IL. The existing warehouse is a painted finish, and the office panels were constructed to blend with the warehouse. The precast concrete panels were constructed as load bearing architectural panels with recessed areas, punched openings, and an integral cornice. The precast mix design consisted of white cement with and abrasive blast. The project was erected in 2016 by Waubonsee Development and constructed by Premier Design Build.
