The Room Place
New 282K warehouse in Woodridge, Illinois. Project was developed on the site of the previous Harlem Furniture building. Existing foundations were utilized in some areas of the building. Panels were designed to accommodate a 36’ 0” clear height requirement. Project was designed by Ware Malcomb Architects and constructed for FCL Builders.
