RE Journals Features Spec Warehouse Project

Construction is now complete at 1100 N. Raddant Road in Batavia, Illinois. This precast concrete speculative warehouse is a 102,140-square-foot property that includes 97,040 square feet of warehouse space and 5,100 square feet of office, which can be divided among two tenants. The building features 10 dock positions with space for an additional 10 positions to be added in the future, two drive-in doors, 30-foot clear height ceilings, LED lighting, ESFR sprinkler systems and a 60 MIL roofing system. Built on a 6.4-acre site, tenants have access to 125 parking spaces. The site includes light duty asphalt parking, a detention pond and landscaping. Read more about this project in RE Journals.
