Project Dolphin

ATMI Precast is once again pleased to be involved with Venture One, Clayco, and LJC on another successful warehouse project. This 350,000 SF warehouse located in Cherry Valley, IL is a single loaded with two (2) office suites. Our insulated sandwich panels are 10-1/2" gray form finish for field painting by others. This projects included a fire pump and electrical room with a precast lid. It was erected by Waubonsee Development in late winter 2023.
