Principle Constructing Industrial Building for Alvil Trucking

Principle Construction is constructing a second new building for the firm's returning client, Alvil Trucking. ATMI Precast is happy to announce that they are providing the precast concrete on this project. The 22,245 square foot, 24-foot clear-height warehouse in Elgin, Illinois, will be used to maintain and repair the trucking company's fleet.

Harris Architects is serving as the project architect. Jacob & Hefner is the civil engineer on the project. The new warehouse is being built on a five-acre site with 48 parking spaces, including six docks and two drive-in doors to move trucks in and out of the facility.
