Missner, Realterm Finish Chicago Stockyards Industrial Building

The Missner Group and Realterm have completed the construction of a cutting-edge industrial building located at 1032 W. 43rd Street in Chicago, IL. The new 130,354 SF class-A industrial facility sits on 7.98 acres in the Chicago Stockyards. 

The Missner Group and Realterm served as the developers of the speculative industrial building, with Missner also serving as the general contractor. The building achieved an Energy Star upon completion.

Cornerstone Architects provided architectural design and SPACECO, Inc. provided engineering. ATMI Precast is proud to have provided the precast concrete for the facility which was erected by Waubonsee Development.
