City of Chicago Redevelopment Zone Warehouse Completion

The design, fabrication and erection of a 60,000 SF Light manufacturing warehouse building on the west side of Chicago is now complete. This project was constructed within a City of Chicago redevelopment zone. The developer and general contractor are pleased with our efforts and the quality of our project. The project was designed by the D+K Group, erected for Catalyst Construction, and the site is being developed by the Will Group.
