Carma Labs Preps to Finish New Franklin HQ

Carma Laboratories Inc. is well underway on its "once-in-a-generation" investment in a new Franklin headquarters facility. It cements their presence in the city of Franklin, where it has been since 1970 and is designed to accommodate the company's long-term growth. 

The Carma facility under construction has about 195,000 square feet of production and distribution space and 30,000 square feet for offices. There's also land available for future building additions as the need arises. Ryan Companies is the lead builder, and Stephen Perry Smith is its architect.

Carma Laboratories will moves its about 300 Franklin employees to the headquarters upon its expected completion in December.
