ATMI Indy Selected for IAC Bishop Lane

ATMI Indy was selected as the precast concrete provider for the new construction of a speculative warehouse facility. The warehouse is for International Airport Center (IAC) which is located in Louisville, Kentucky. This design-build project features space for two (2) future office spaces, each approximately 4,000 square feet. Sitting on a 12-acre lot, the building has 165 car parking stalls, thirty-five (35) trailer parking stalls, twenty-five (25) loading docks with space for ten (10) future docks and two (2) drive-in doors with 32' clear height. This project was constructed by Krusinski Construction Company and designed by Harris Architects.
