Plant Production Laborer

The Plant Production Laborer is a part of ATMI Precast’s production team. The Plant Production Laborer is held accountable for providing safe, quality, and efficient workmanship to ATMI Precast’s product lines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The following are included; other duties may be assigned.

• Keep assigned area free of all production debris, including but not limited to, concrete, wood, plastics, foam, tie wire, rebar, miscellaneous reinforcing, and general trash.
• Clean forms/formwork as assigned.
• Refill production supplies.
• Oil forms.
• Assemble wood formwork.
• Caulk.
• Install and attach rebar reinforcing.
• Pour and finish wet concrete.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Bend
• Work on elevated casting surfaces
• Must be able to climb stairs/ladders and walk lengthy distances in an industrial setting
• It will be necessary to work in outside conditions that can include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust

Shift: First shift

Hours:

• 40- 55 hours+ per week.
• Some weekends maybe required.
