Lincoln at CityGate Centre

ATMI Precast is pleased to announce our involvement with McShane Construction on the construction of a new 285-unit development in Naperville, IL. Lincoln at CityGate Centre will consist of high end market rate residential units with a roof level event space above the parking garage and an enclosed pedestrian walkway to connect to the CityGate Centre complex.

ATMI Precast's involvement is the design, fabrication and erection of a five (5) elevated level parking structure completely enclosed by the residential units. This structure includes an event space above the parking structure complete with architectural precast walls and an expansive roof top gathering area for events. The challenge for this project is to design deep stem TT products and lower profile precast concrete beam elements.

We are scheduled to begin erection in the Summer of 2021, and the complex will be completed in 2022.

The project is being constructed by McShane Construction and was designed by CallisonRTKL.
