94 Logistics Park - Building 7

Colliers represented Eagle Foods in its 285,000 SF lease at 94 Logistics Park at 12345 38th Street in Kenosha, WI. Eagle Foods will use the new space as its Midwest distribution hub.

Eagle Foods takes almost half of Building 7, a 599,308 SF warehouse featuring 36' clear ceiling height, sixty-two (62) docks, seventy (70) trailers, 50' by 50' column spacing with a 75' speed bay and parking for one hundred and eighty-six (186) cars. It is one of several buildings at 94 Logistics Park, a three-phase project delivering more than 1.8 million square feet of industrial product.
