3900 S. Normal Ave

A Class A speculative industrial building has been completed on Chicago's south side. Joint development partners, The Missner Group and CBRE Investment Management, have finished construction on a property located at 3900 S. Normal Avenue.

The 169,838 SF facility sits on 8.2 acres in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago. Cornerstone Architects provided architectural design and engineering by Spaceco, INC. 

The building features a 3,700 SF model office, 16 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors, 26 tractor-trailer positions and parking for 168 cars. The building also features an abstract mural designed by a local Chicago artist.
