Currently, our staff of drafters and engineers, utilize AutoCad 2013 to develop shop drawings, submittals and individual piece part tickets. We have most recently implemented Revit 2013 to provide modeling of complete structures and intricate features to complement our shop drawing process. Our relationships with experienced Structural Precast Design firms allows us the flexibility to work on multiple projects at one time and provide the appropriate registered structural stamps and calculations as needed to support our project commitments. Our Project Manager is the focal point once a project has been awarded. The PM will coordinate with the customer, design team, other subcontractors to keep the project on schedule. The production plant and engineering department relies on our PM to disseminate the information to assist the plant in meeting its production needs to maintain schedule and production volume. Our PM is critical in preconstruction planning and site logistics, as each project and site is unique.
The ATMI Precast facility, is situated on 22 acres adjacent to downtown Aurora, Illinois. Our current plant layout consists of (19) production tables for beams, columns, slabs, and wall panels.
