Your Feedback Matters

Here at ATMI Precast it’s an understatement to say we appreciate our customers. It would be more accurate to say we genuinely value the time-honored, long-standing relationships we have with our customers. And because we hold our customers in such high regard, we want to thank everyone who participated in our Quality Control Survey.

Each year, our plant undergoes two thorough, unannounced audits in order to keep our PCI MNL-116 and PCI MNL-117 certifications. The audits are conducted by third-party engineers who audit the plant according to requirements specifically targeted to the products being manufactured at that location. Our participation in these audits requires us to survey our customers and be able to show results and improvements.

According to PCI, these certifications ensure that our plant has developed and documented an in-depth, in-house quality system based on time-tested, national industry standards. Earning certification each year means we have demonstrated appropriate experience in training and manufacturing precast concrete, have quality systems and procedures in place and show a commitment to quality.

“We greatly appreciated all of our customers taking the time out of their busy days to provide us with feedback,” said Mike Walsh, Vice President, Business Development, ATMI Precast. “We have been able to ascertain our shortcomings as well as our strengths, and we will be focusing on both of these items going forward.”

Furthermore, congratulations are in order for Jeff Musieliwicz of Peak Construction who was selected randomly as the winner of a FitBit Charge 3 for his participation in the survey.
