Wood Dale #1 & #2

Wood Dale 1 and 2 was constructed by Premier Design Build and erected by Waubonsee Development for delivery in the Fall of 2019. This project is being developed by Bridge Development.

Building 1 is a 100K SF warehouse with (2) two office locations, and utilized a brick form liner throughout the design. Building 1 is a “Build to Suit” building for a tenant who needs to occupy the space in early 2020. Our overall efforts in Engineering and Production made this deliverable successful.

Building 2 is a 271K SF warehouse utilizing the same brick form liner pattern.
