Technology Park at University of Illinois Champaign Now Complete

A 2-story office building located within the Technology Park Campus at the University of Illinois Champaign was just completed. This project consists of load-bearing architectural precast concrete panels with thin brick, white cement, and an acid etch finish. Our design team worked with the architect to provide an efficient precast concrete structure with three separate aesthetic elevations. The unique aspects are the back-to-back feature columns along with return brick panels. This project was designed by smith/burgett architects, developed by Fox Development, and erected for the Dodds Company by Waubonsee Development. The building is scheduled to open in late summer 2020.
