Suncast - Phase II

This new 716k SF warehouse is located in West Chicago. This building is considered as a Phase II project, but ATMI has been working with FCL Builders for many years for Suncast and their extensive expansion plans.

The building consists of 10 1/2" gray form finish walls for a 36' clear height warehouse. The building is double loaded, complete with 14' wide panels for 14' dock centers, and has a feature entry in the SE corner.

There is an area of rescue structure within the building footprint and also a precast Pump/Electrical room with a precast lid. There are dock wing walls (18 sets) located at each man door within the dock area.

The project was designed by Cornerstone Architects and constructed by FCL Builders. The project was erected by Waubonsee Development and is expected to be completed in late Summer 2022.
