Project Donkey Progress: Phase 1 & 2

ATMI Precast has recently completed the precast concrete design, fabrication, and erection of a 1.2M SF warehouse distribution facility in DeKalb, Illinois. This facility is a 36' clear facility with dock positions on both long elevations. In addition to this facility, we anticipate the erection of Phase 2 in late Spring 2020 which consists of a 462k packaging facility. These precast building projects are being constructed by Krusinski Construction and were designed by Harris Architects.
