PCI Features ATMI Precast's Oakwood Shores Terrace Project

Oakwood Shores Terrace in Chicago, Illinois, is a mixed-use project consisting of two levels housing a medical center and four levels of residential housing with 48 apartment units. The 89,630 square foot total-precast structure includes an additional 10,000 square feet of inset and projecting balconies

Project is part of the Madden/Wells/Darrow public housing revitalization. Design goal was to meet the city's commitment to move from high-density housing back to traditional low-rise neighborhood living.
