ML Realty to Start on Two Industrial Projects in Bensenville

ML Realty Partners has announced the development of two (2) new industrial buildings totaling 605,300 square feet in Bensenville, Illinois. The firm plans to break ground this summer on two (2) buildings that will accommodate tenants from 75,000 square feet to 307,700 square feet. ATMI Precast has been selected as the precast concrete contractor for both of these buildings. 

Situated in DuPage County, the site is strategically located in the center of O'Hare submarket and will offer excellent access to all areas of Chicago via all major expressways.

Planned for delivery in the spring of 2022, the two-building development can accommodate a wide range of users and features 40' clear heights, heavy auto parking and substantial trailer parking.
