Premier Design + Build Group worked on this project as the General Contractor alongside CESO, Inc. and Manhard Consulting.

DLN5 is a 141,360 SF distribution facility located at 1260 N. Kostner Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The build-to-suit features 14,640 SF of office space, a remote breakroom, remote restrooms, and a 53,615 SF exterior canopy with an EV ready site. It also consists of a precast exterior wall panel and interior structural steel.
