General Contractor Spotlight on Northern Builders

ATMI Precast is pleased to partner with Northern Builders on (3) three upcoming projects: Batavia - 207K SF, Carlow XVII and Carlow XVIII. All panels, which are 9-1/2" thick, are made within our facility in Aurora, IL. 

Batavia - 207K SF is a Spec Facility located in Batavia, IL. The project was designed by Harris Architects with almost 200 pieces of precast.

Carlow XVII and Carlow XVIII are both Office/Warehouse Buildings located in Bolingbrook, IL. Carlow XVII is a 402K SF building, and Carlow XVIII is a 223K SF building. Both projects were designed by Harris Architects with almost 500 pieces of precast between the (2) two buildings.
