Edens Collection Retail

New retail development located on the north side of Chicago. Project includes approximately 120,000 square feet of retail space over two main tenants. The first tenant is grade level retail with second / roof level parking accessed by a central ramp area. This structure is an all precast building complete with load bearing precast walls, columns, beams, double TT’s for the parking surface, solid slabs for ramping, and precast stairs.

Adjacent to the main tenant is a two story retail fitness center with steel frame construction and load bearing and non-load bearing precast walls. Sequence of erection begins with the two story retail and then transitioning to the main retail and roof parking structure. Project is being designed by Camburas and Theodore Architects and is being constructed by W. E. O’Neil Construction. Project completion is scheduled for early 2020.
