Construction is underway on this 400k SF industrial project located within the DuPage Business Center in West Chicago, IL. The building is being developed on a speculative basis and is suitable for a variety of uses. This precast facility features 36' clear height, a cross dock configuration with up to (65) truck docks, (373) car parks, onsite trailer parking with office and power to suit. Anticipated completed is Summer 2022. Midwest Industrial Funds is the design-build general contractor for the project. NAI Hiffman is handling the marketing and leasing for the building.
