One of many Costco retail outlets constructed by ATMI Precast in the Midwest. Project includes load bearing precast panels complete with thin brick, form liner, architectural precast mix and field applied accent features. Stores are typical in design, but each community requires different architectural elements. Constructed for Novak Construction.
