ATMI Precast Breaks Ground at Butterfield Spec VI

ATMI Precast and Premier Design + Build Group, LLC recently broke ground on a 503,244 sq. ft. speculative industrial facility for Chicago-based real estate developer Sterling Bay and owner-developer DuPage Properties Venture. The new facility will be situated just off Ferry Road in Aurora on a previously undeveloped site within the Butterfield Center for Business and Industry, a Class-A business park. Significant earthwork and mass grading were performed in advance to prepare the 35.87-acre site for development. To accommodate shipping and receiving operations, the building will include 52 exterior truck docks and two drive-in doors. The project will be erected in early 2019 and scheduled for completion in the summer of 2019.
