ATMI Precast Begins Work at Northside Toyota

ATMI Precast has begun work on a new five-story full-service retail, service and storage facility located on the north side of Chicago. The project is planned to begin erection in May 2017. This is a unique facility which includes ground level showroom and service, upper level mechanic/ service area, car wash, and two levels of car parking storage. The entire facility is serviced by a multiple level enclosed ramp area.

The structure is an all precast structure including Double TT’s, solid slabs, columns, beams, interior shaft walls, stair risers, and load bearing exterior architectural panels.

We expect that the structure will be erected in a 60 day period and allow other trades to work in their workspace well ahead of other construction methods. The facility will be open for business in August of 2017.
