The application of precast concrete systems into multi-story residences has been a market niche for ATMI for many years. The architectural community has recognized our ability to take a conceptual design and transform it into a complete systems building with technical design including beams and columns, and architectural wall panel finishes. Our ablilty to provide 3D modeling of a conceptual plan allows us to work simultaneously with the owner, developer, general contractor, and architect.
