Project Manager – We are seeking experienced project managers to manage new and existing projects. Project managers are primarily responsible for:

  • Project preplanning
  • Problem identification, avoidance, and resolution
  • Project scheduling and status
  • Process change orders
  • Facilitate invoicing and collection
  • Coordination of internal documentation and communication
  • Coordinate customer relationship

Qualifications include 2-5 years experience in a construction background, with precast experience preferred. We are seeking individuals with a strong ability to work independently, excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred with a specialization in project management.

Engineers – We are seeking experienced engineers who can assist with interpreting client needs and developing appropriate drawings. Engineers are responsible for providing designs for our clients and production department.
Qualifications include knowledge of building codes and general construction. Experience in the construction industry required. Precast experience is preferred along with knowledge of PCI standards. A degree in civil, mechanical or structural engineering preferred. Engineers with a minimum of one year experience will be considered.
